Want to see your custom design before your item is made? Add a Design Preview to your order to receive a mockup of your completed design before production begins.
Your Design Preview includes one complimentary round of revisions. During that revision, you may request multiple changes at once, such as:
Changing or replacing photos
Changing the background
Adjusting colors
Changing wording
Adjusting design elements or placement
All requested changes must be submitted together and will count as one revision round.
Once your Design Preview is sent, you will have 24 hours to:
Approve your design, or
Submit your one included round of revisions
If no response is received within 24 hours, your design will be considered approved and production will begin.
After your requested changes have been made, an updated Design Preview will be sent for final approval. You will have 24 hours to approve the updated design. If no response is received within 24 hours, the design will be considered approved and production will begin. Any additional design changes after your included revision will require the purchase of an Additional Design Revision for $5 per revision round before any further changes are made.
Design Previews must be purchased separately for each custom item you would like to preview.
For example, if you order a custom hype chain and a custom cowbell and would like to see both designs before production, you must purchase 2 Design Previews.
Once your Design Preview has been sent, your custom order becomes non-refundable.
The Design Preview is provided so you can review and approve a custom item you have already ordered. It is not a sample design or a trial of the finished product.
Design Preview images may contain a watermark and are provided for approval purposes only. Digital design files are not included with your purchase.
If an error was made on my end or the Design Preview does not reflect the information you originally submitted, the correction will not count toward your included revision.
